Also known as Jiwah Prakshalan in Ayurveda, this i Also known as Jiwah Prakshalan in Ayurveda, this is the practice of gently grazing the tongue with the help of a u-shaped tool or a scraper to remove the debris and bad bacteria, and clear out the surface of the tongue.

 This is a complementary practice to brushing, flossing, and mouthwash. 

Toxins that accumulate due to weak metabolism or digestive agni also show up on the surface of the tongue. 

If not cleared out, they are absorbed back in the system and can lead to diseases and weak immunity.

🔸The body is strengthened by applying oil to it on a regular basis, according to the season. 

🔸Hot potency oils should be used for massage during the cold season, while cold potency oils should be used during the hot season.

🔸This technique rejuvenates tissues, reduces fatigue, and prevents skin and hair premature ageing.

🔸The head, earlobes, and soles of the feet should be given special attention while conducting abhyanga since it nourishes the sense organs, enhances sleep, and strengthens the body.

🔸Following the application of oil, one can engage in some type of physical exercise, depending on one's strength. 

🔸During the winter, activities can be increased to the point where the individual feels like half of their strength is being used, while during the summer and rainy seasons, activities should be kept to a minimum.
